Cojali Group organises the 1st edition of the “Fleet Day” during MOTORTEC AUTOMECHANIKA MADRID

During the session, the different challenges faced today by the transport sector companies will be analysed.

Grupo Cojali, leading company in research, development and innovation at the service of commercial vehicles and the automotive sector, in cooperation with MOTORTEC AUTOMECHANIKA MADRID, has organized in a pioneering way the first edition of the “Fleet Day”, a work day with presentations specifically oriented towards the transport sector. The Fleet Day will take place throughout the day on March 13, at the trade fair IFEMA in Madrid.

Some of the most important issues faced today by the sector go from the legal compliance with the European regulations to the mobility challenges and the use of new technologies, cloud information and the use of advanced fleet management tools, such as the one offered by Jaltest Telematics, business area of Cojali Group.

In order to cover these and other topics of interest, renowned professionals such as Néstor Val(Grupo Lextransport), Pablo Pedrosa (PTV Group) or José Miguel Fernández (Advanced Fleet Management Consulting), will participate in the Fleet Day and shed light on the present and future outlook for the sector.

In addition, there will be a time during the Day dedicated to the practical review of what has been mentioned during the presentations, thanks to Primafrío, client of Jaltest Telematics, which will be present at the stand with one of its tractor heads, explaining their experience in dealing with the market issues.

The highlight of the Fleet Day will be the release and presentation of “Jaltest Connect”, the new service line of Jaltest Telematics which, among its main innovations, allows the M2M connection to obtain large amounts of diagnostics data in the cloud, which can be displayed later in any management platform.

“Technology is transforming this sector at a dizzying speed. The arrival of the IoT and its possibilities to store information in the cloud in real time are becoming essential for a more adequate, economical and profitable fleet management, and to offer a service that can meet the demands of the clients”, says Juan Blach, Global Sales Director of Jaltest Telematics. “Jaltest Connect is going to facilitate the remote access to data of each vehicle system, thus being able to anticipate possible problems and contributing to the improvement of the efficiency and reliability of the sector companies, by preparing the information so it can be analysed and used in all types of systems and platforms.”

During the celebration of MOTORTEC AUTOMECHANIKA MADRID, Cojali Group will organize other activities of interest for the professionals of the automotive sector, such as the Truck Challenge, a contest aimed towards all the professionals related to the workshop and the repair and maintenance of commercial vehicles. With it, Cojali seeks to promote the technical professionalization in repair and maintenance operations performed in commercial vehicles. The goal of Truck Challenge is to give an important role and identify the best technician in terms of commercial vehicles.
