This menu works as a direct communication channel between ODF users and our Customer Service Department. In a very simple and intuitive way, you will be able to create, modify or delete TICKETS, as well as access the history of the existing ones.

- Specific inquiries related to the portal:any specific doubts? Through this channel, you can also send us your inquiries about the operation of the platform.
- Technical issues: is something wrong? The Technical Department will get on with it to solve it as soon as possible, contact us!
